1. Displays

2. Sign up

Once you are ready to go ahead with your new Patio all you have to do is call the office or your friendly Consultant and we will do the rest. We will organize for a time to meet with you to go over your paperwork and make sure you are happy with your chosen colours and design. Your Consultant will let you know if any further paperwork will be required to get your job underway and will also require the deposit to get your Patio moving through the Shire Process.

 

3. Shire

Once your Patio has been accepted by Management and we have received all the relevant documents ,your job will enter our system and be processed to meet with the Shires approval process. Our Shire representative presents your Patio to the Shire who then determine whether there is any issues that need to be dealt with before installation can take place. He will also send your plans to the Water Authority for approval. Usually this process takes about 4 weeks. Once we have received the Building Licence from Shire you will be notified straight away so that we can proceed without delay.

 

4. Delivery

Materials will be delivered to your verge one week prior to Installation. A One Stop Patio Shop Representative will call at your home to check whether all materials have arrived so that there will be no delays with your Patio once Installation has commenced. On arrival the Installer will move all the materials around to the back of the property. All materials remain O.S.P.S responsibility while they are on your front verge.

 

5. Install

Our Installer will notify you of his arrival time the day before Installation. He will need side access to your property and a power supply. Installation usually takes about 2 days. Once your Patio is finished the Installer will check gutters for any leaks and your Patio and outside area will be left clean and tidy.
